What happens with workbooks that have several sheets?
Each sheet is exported as its own Markdown table. When the workbook has more than one sheet, every table is preceded by a ## heading with the sheet name.
Are formulas converted?
The table contains the last calculated value of each cell, not the formula itself. For example, a cell with =A2+B2 shows its result.
What about merged cells, colors and charts?
Markdown tables cannot merge cells or hold colors, so a merged cell keeps its value in the first column and the covered cells stay empty. Charts and cell formatting are not exported.
